Housing Development MidAtlantic (HDC) seeks a Full-Time Community Manager to oversee Denney Reyburn and Norriswood apartments in PA. The role ensures strong operations, financial performance, and resident-centered service across assigned communities.

You will lead leasing, tenant relations, and compliance with affordable housing regulations, while collaborating with teams to sustain a welcoming, safe living environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service required; one-year property management experience preferred but will train.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations for the assigned affordable housing community.
• Balance accountability for property performance with a professional, trauma-informed approach that supports housing stability, dignity, and belonging for residents.
• Oversee leasing, occupancy, and rent collection to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, RD, and 811 regulations and complete income certifications as required.
• Supervise maintenance and curb appeal, and coordinate with staff and vendors.
