Job summary

Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic is seeking a Full-Time Community Manager for Beach Run Apartments in Fredericksburg, PA with 40% on-site work and 60% travel as a Travel Community Manager. You will lead day-to-day operations, focusing on resident-centered service, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. A high school diploma and driver’s license are required; affordable housing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license.
• Background in customer service required; affordable housing experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing, waitlist management, and determine program eligibility for applicants.
• Manage rent collection to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, RD, and 811 regulations through accurate files and annual certifications.
• Supervise on-site staff and vendors to maintain curb appeal and timely work orders.
• Monitor financial performance and use PM systems to document activity and vendor payments.
