Job summary

HDC MidAtlantic is seeking a Full-Time Community Manager for our Denney Reyburn Apartments in West Chester and Norriswood Apartments in Norristown, PA. You will lead on-site operations, ensure resident-centered services, and supervise staff and vendors to maintain housing stability and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include leasing, rent collection, income certifications, audits, and strong collaboration with Resident Services.

Qualifications

• Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Background in customer service required; one-year property management experience preferred but will train; affordable housing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site, resident-focused leadership to foster a welcoming community.
• Manage leasing processes, waitlist, and program eligibility; oversee rent collection and occupancy goals.
• Maintain LIHTC, HUD, RD, and 811 compliance; coordinate audits and inspections.
• Supervise on-site staff and vendors to ensure curb appeal and timely maintenance.
• Monitor finances to achieve favorable net income and document activity in PM systems.
