Mission Rock Residential in Maricopa, AZ is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day property management under the supervision of the Property Manager. You will communicate with residents, process applications, collect rent, and help ensure lease compliance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Understand policies related to screening qualifications and application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures; explain these items to residents.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/or late fees owed, communicate with residents regarding balances, collect on delinquent balances, and enforce the lease.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and know apartment specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
