Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our campus team. All residents live on-site, allowing you to follow them through care milestones with a holistic approach to their daily living and wellness.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to address physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while documenting efficiently to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements; inpatient and outpatient

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license required.
• Degree or training meeting Medicare/state requirements.
• Inpatient and outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to document for reimbursement and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, person-centered physical therapy to residents.
• Implement and adapt personal care plans based on resident goals and preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address residents' needs.
