Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow planned menus, ensure quality and presentation, and maintain hygienic kitchen practices.

Interaction with residents and staff is a key part of the role. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and a ServSafe or Food Handler certification where required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required per state law.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety, keep a clean kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
• Provide positive interactions with residents, staff and guests.
