Bridge Senior Living in Massachusetts is hiring a Care Associate to provide high-quality care for residents in a supportive environment. You will assist with ADLs, transfers, personal hygiene, memory care activities, and social interaction, while building meaningful connections with residents.

We require a CNA or HHA in MA, First Aid/CPR, and at least 1 year of related work experience. Full-time and part-time roles available with competitive pay and benefits.

Care Associate Job Summary:

As aCare Associate, you will be responsible for the high level of care and comfort our residents expect from us.

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) while making meaningful connections with each Resident.
• Provide safe transferring, assistance with personal hygiene, memory care stimulation, and social interaction.
