Job summary

Distinctive Living is hiring a Resident Care Coordinator for Mira Vie at Bridgewater, NJ. The role requires HHA and CMA certifications and hands-on experience with scheduling and supervising care staff to support residents in an Assisted Living setting.

You will coordinate care plans with nurses, communicate with families, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a respectful, home-like atmosphere for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have HHA and CMA certifications as stated.
• Experience creating and managing staff schedules.
• Supervisory/management experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents before residency and coordinate service plans.
• Supervise care partners and activity staff, ensure training compliance.
• Verify hours, prepare staff schedules, maintain coverage and budget.
• Coordinate with health professionals and families on resident needs.
• Monitor medication administration and record keeping per policy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety throughout the community.
