Job summary

Distinctive Living in Bridgewater Township, NJ, is seeking a Per Diem Concierge for Mira Vie at Bridgewater. You will be the first contact for residents, families, and visitors, handling inquiries in a friendly, professional manner and supporting sales and office staff.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, coordinating tours, processing resident documents, and promoting activities. Strong communication skills and receptionist experience are preferred; Excel/Word skills

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of receptionist or similar experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors and answer incoming calls professionally and respectfully.
• Monitor lobby area, direct guests, manage messages, and keep the desk inviting and neat.
• Assist with inquiries, tours, and lead management, supporting sales/marketing teams as needed.
• Process new resident documentation and maintain confidential resident files.
• Promote resident participation in activities and assist activity staff as necessary.
• Follow company policies and procedures and adapt to additional duties as assigned.
• Provide support to the activity director and other staff in coordinating community events.
