Distinctive Living is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator for Mira Vie at Brookfield in New Jersey. This part-time role covers weekends from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional weeknights.

You will coordinate resident activities, orient new residents, and help plan events within budget. Responsibilities include scheduling outings, promoting programs, and collaborating with the Director, Resident Experience to ensure a thriving community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in Social Service, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in assisted living preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Commercial Driving License (CDL) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Under the direction of the Director, Resident Experience, completes the Personal Well-Being Profile and meets with all new residents within 7 days of move-in to determine activity level and orientation to the program.
• Follows schedule with minimal changes, arranges budgeted entertainment, and promotes activities to improve participation.
• Participates in quarterly events that can be used in marketing efforts, coordinating with the Director, Lifestyle and Leisure.
• Schedules resident outings, organizes transportation for activities and medical visits.
• Ensures safe operations and compliance with safety standards; assists with injury investigations and communications as needed.
• Fosters teamwork, takes initiative, and supports coworkers, residents, and visitors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
