Job summary

Distinctive Living's Mira Vie at Brick community is seeking a full-time Resident Care Coordinator to lead operations in the Assisted Living setting. You will supervise care staff, coordinate services, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a homelike, respectful environment for residents.

In this role you will collaborate with residents, families, medical professionals, and leadership to evaluate needs, manage care plans, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in related field.
• Prior supervisory/management experience required.
• Minimum three years in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.
• Must possess CHHA/CNA, CMA/Med-Tech state certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care operations and supervise care staff.
• Coordinate services and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with residents, families, and medical professionals.
• Evaluate resident needs and update service plans as required.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
• Assist in admissions, screenings, and care conferences.
