Qualifications

• Willing to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Receives shift report from previous staff and reviews schedule.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Escorts residents to dining room and supports dining activities.
• Provides laundry and housekeeping services as assigned.
• Maintains infection control practices and safety of residents and environment.
• Documents care and reports changes to supervisors; assists at front desk as needed.
