Job summary

Senior Resource Group in Arizona is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director. You will help residents with meals, mobility, and personal care while maintaining a safe, clean environment and precise documentation in CareStream.

Providers must hold Arizona Caregiver Certification, High School Diploma, and First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver Certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• First Aid / CPR certification required.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP, and/or other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and report changes in residents’ status.
• Provide timely documentation in CareStream and communicate with shifts.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Respond to calls and emergencies per policy.
