You will report to the shift supervisor and Wellness Director and support activities of daily living, mobility, and safety.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the team, attentive observation of resident condition, and adherence to infection control and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be a Certified Caregiver in the State of Arizona.
• Must provide Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR and First Aid Certification, and Food Handler's Card.
• Satisfactory completion of the company Resident Assistant skills competency checklist.
• Be in good physical health and able to lift 40 pounds.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check on hire and as requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and psychosocial care to residents promoting dignity and individuality.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Maintain professional demeanor with residents and families.
• Report abuse or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition and communicate with Wellness Director.
• Perform room checks, resident rounds, and coordinate transportation as needed.
• Operate basic equipment and assist with communication.
• Support resident-centered activities and dining tasks.
