Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The role involves routine cleaning of resident rooms and common areas, laundry duties, and stocking supplies to ensure a clean, safe living environment for residents.

Strong attention to infection control, reliability, and the ability to work weekends and flexible hours are essential. Training will cover safety protocols and the assisted living philosophy to support our residents’ comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of job-related experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop and clean floors in resident rooms and common areas.
• Restock paper products and soap in bathrooms and kitchens; replenish supplies as needed.
• Clean bathrooms, windows, and other surfaces; shampoo carpets as required.
• Assist with laundry and linen services; report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Follow cleaning checklists and safely use cleaning products and equipment.
• Notify supervisor of major repairs or replacements needed in building systems.
