Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment physical and TB test.
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by licensure.
• Responsible for maintenance and repair of Transportation vehicles; complete daily vehicle reports.
• Maintain travel logs, billing information, and department maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate appointments and create daily admin front desk schedules for resident pick-ups.
• Pickup items from the pharmacy and other departments for residents.
• Drive vehicles for outside activities, trips, and doctor visits for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair transportation vehicles; complete daily vehicle reports.
• Keep travel logs and billing information up to date; follow transportation policies.
