Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred but not required.
• TB screening, First Aid/CPR and Proxy Caregiver certifications are required (will be provided).
• Non-Profit experience is a plus.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license with clean MVR is required.
• Residence within commuting distance of Warner Robins/NAMI facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents in daily activities within the residential program.
• Lead group activities and coordinate care with providers and case workers.
• Assist in medication administration and keep documentation up to date.
• Provide transport to appointments and activities as assigned.
• Maintain clean, organized records and adapt to residents’ care plans.
