Responsibilities

• Supervises program residents under the guidance of Lead Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Monitors residents and reports changes as they occur.
• Facilitates mentoring, discipline, safety, and observation shifts.
• Completes required support documentation and provides information to third parties.
• Uses approved crisis intervention techniques to de-escalate situations and ensure safety.
• Transports residents to activities and appointments as required.
• Keeps the facility clean and in working order.
• Documents incidents accurately using the WestCare system.
