Job summary

Heritage Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant / CNA Supervisor to lead and support our resident care team while providing hands-on care. You will mentor CNAs, uphold ISP plans, and ensure safety, documentation, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on practical leadership at the bedside, coaching, and coordinating care to maintain resident dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Completion and maintenance of required CBRF certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Resident Assistant/CNAs while ensuring high-quality, ISP-guided care.
• Train, coach, and mentor care team members and monitor performance.
• Supervise care documentation, safety, and professionalism during shifts.
• Support medication administration when trained and delegated.
• Promote resident rights, safety, and dignity in daily operations.
• Communicate needs with families, supervisors, physicians, and external providers.
