Job summary

Heritage Muskego Senior Living in Muskego, WI seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant / CNA Supervisor to lead and support the care team while delivering exceptional resident care at the bedside. This hands-on leadership role combines caregiving with coaching duties in a dynamic assisted living setting.

You will train and mentor CNAs, monitor care plans, ensure accurate documentation, and promote safety and quality of care across shifts. Leadership with empathy is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, customer-service, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide direction, coaching, and support to care team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Resident Assistant/CNAs and help ensure residents receive compassionate, individualized care.
• Provide day-to-day direction, support, and guidance to care team members.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing Resident Assistant/CNAs.
• Reinforce expectations for resident care, documentation, customer service, safety, and professionalism.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Participate in corrective and disciplinary processes in partnership with community leadership.
