Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the day‑to‑day functions of nursing assistants and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Plan shifts, services, programs, and activities for residents.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and related documentation.
• Oversee charting, medications, and resident care plans for accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments and participate in QA activities.
