PACS Group in Texas is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure care aligns with federal, state, and local regulations and coordinate with the Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality care.

You will direct daily nursing operations, review policies, plan shifts, and ensure accurate documentation. The role requires leadership, clinical expertise, and a compassionate approach to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day‑to‑day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures established by the facility.
• Review and revise department policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
• Plan shifts, services, programs, and activities with staff.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure adherence.
• Complete medical forms, charts, and required documentation.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity.
