PACS Group is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and support the Director of Nursing in daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, patient-focused care, and adherence to care plans, while coordinating through shift planning and facility policies. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation in Oregon.

Formación

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills are required to manage nursing assistants.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement nursing services within regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Plan shifts, services, programs, and activities for the unit.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and related documentation.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity.
• Perform routine charting and documentation per policy.
• Supervise administrative tasks including reporting and discharge planning.
