PACS Group is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN nurse supervisor to provide direct nursing care and to supervise daily activities of nursing assistants in a long-term care facility.

You will ensure compliance with state and federal standards, coordinate staffing and training, review care plans, and maintain accurate documentation. Strong leadership and communication are essential for optimal resident care and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Must have leadership and supervisory ability and willingness to work with others.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day nursing assistants and enforce facility policies.
• Ensure Nursing Service Procedures Manual is current and followed.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance evaluations for the unit.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure proper charting.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families and other departments as required.
