Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to help ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care. You will coordinate staffing schedules for nursing and other facility departments, respond to coverage requests promptly, and monitor staffing levels to maintain adequate coverage.

Required: two+ years of administrative/clerical experience with staffing experience; CNA or CMT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of administrative/clerical experience with staffing experience required.
• CNA or CMT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules for nursing and other facility departments.
• Receive and act on requests for staff coverage promptly.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for resident care.
• Collaborate with management and frontline staff to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain employee availability lists and contact information.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling orientation of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state staffing requirements.
