Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The role requires compassionate care, assisting with daily activities, and documenting services.

Shifts include 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am, with full-time employment and a comprehensive benefits package. The RCA will model company values, collaborate with the care team, and ensure residents maintain dignity and quality of life.

Formación

• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• Compassionate disposition and desire to serve residents.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and daily activities.
• Upholds resident confidentiality and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily tasks and mobility.
• Document care activities in accordance with policy.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to supervisors.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents and families.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, homelike environment.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings.
