Job summary

Tradition Senior Living in Houston is seeking Weekend Resident Care Partners to provide direct personal care and supervision to residents in accordance with their Service Plans. This role reports to the Resident Services Coordinator and Assisted Living Director.

The position supports residents with daily living activities, safety, and companionship, with emphasis on dignity, confidentiality, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified CNA or CMA a plus.
• At least one year experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Respond to resident calls.
• Maintain communication with all departments and staff.
• Lead programming/activities as assigned.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; assist with lifting and transfers.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care and protect resident rights.
