Job summary

Onni is seeking a Resident Care Team Member to enhance living experiences across our properties. You will manage building ambiance, interface with residents, and help support strategic priorities while traveling between sites as needed.

The role requires weekend work and a commitment to safety, quality standards, and exceptional resident service as part of a friendly, team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of customer service experience, strong in suite care housekeeping.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor, and perform resident living experiences in all communal and private spaces to meet brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sub-par areas and assist in operations of facility tech and esthetics.
• Respond to resident care requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure suites meet brand standards and complete protocols efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.
