Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated resident support professional to maintain clean apartments and common areas, while ensuring safety protocols are followed and residents receive compassionate service. You will engage compassionately with residents, reflecting values of love, dignity, and respect in every interaction.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and prior assisted living experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
• Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean resident apartments and common areas.
• Adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee the safety of residents and team members.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction.
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
