Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a compassionate resident care aide to assist residents with daily living activities, meals, dressing, grooming, and personal care in a respectful, safe environment.

You will interact with residents, families, and teammates with empathy and patience, observe changes in health, and report them to a supervisor promptly.

This role supports housekeeping and laundry duties, maintains a clean work area, and ensures HIPAA compliance and dignified care at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate effectively.
• Experience in elder care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Assist in dining room with meals and meal service.
• Provide companionship and empathetic interaction with residents and families.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean living environment.
• Report changes in residents' health or wellbeing to supervision.
