Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Idaho seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide direct care to residents under negotiated services agreements. You will assist with ADLs, grooming, meals, and mobility while documenting tasks and vital signs.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to follow instructions, and strong communication with residents and staff. Training includes Medication Assistance and infection control practices.

Qualifications

• Eighteen (18) years old or older; HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform essential tasks satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations available.
• Ability to read, comprehend instructions; write simple correspondence; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, bathing and dressing.
• Assist with bowel/bladder care and peri care as needed.
• Assist with medications normally self-administered; document assistance.
• Prepare and serve meals with attention to dietary restrictions.
• Accompany residents to medical appointments; assist with shopping and activities.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: linens, laundry, cleaning, dishes, trash.
• Record vital signs and daily progress notes; report changes to staff.
• Maintain safety and infection control; report hazards.
