Themeadows is seeking a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per care plans and assessments. You will identify residents, record data, report condition changes, and assist with daily living activities.

The role requires adherence to policies, PHI confidentiality, and teamwork with nursing staff. You will support residents with meals, mobility, and basic treatments, ensuring a safe, comfortable environment and accurate documentation on shift.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general information; write reports and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Identify residents before procedures using wristband/photo ID.
• Record entries accurately and descriptively.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Assist with daily nursing activities and care tasks as trained.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and PHI.
• Observe and report skin issues and potential decubitus risks.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
