Job summary

Park Meadows Post Acute seeks a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident’s care plan. You will verify resident identity, document accurately, and promptly report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

CPR certification is preferred and state licensing must be current. Strong reading, writing, and math skills are required for accurate charting and safety.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business material and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents using wristband or photo card before treatments or meals.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
