Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state law.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks per plan.
• Maintain resident room readiness, comfort, and safety at all times.
• Care for and transport residents as needed within the facility.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality in all disclosures of information.
