Paradigm at Faith Memorial is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team in a long-term care setting. You will provide direct resident care under the supervision of a nurse, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and document observations in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current, active Texas CNA certification.
• 2 years Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under nurse supervision.
• Transport, transfer, restock resident room, change linen, position, bathe, assist with eating and hydration.
• Take vital signs and document observations.
• Respect resident dignity and privacy; maintain kind and courteous approach.
• Follow facility policies and report to nursing supervisor promptly.
