Job summary

Paradigm at the Prairies in El Campo, TX is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide direct resident care under nursing supervision. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and help maintain a safe and dignified environment for residents.

Requirements include an active CNA certification in Texas and a high school diploma or GED. Prior long-term care experience is preferred. We offer health and life insurance, PTO, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state.
• Experience in Long-Term Care is preferred (2 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the direction of a nurse according to regulations and facility policies.
• Transport and transfer residents; restock rooms and change linens; assist with bathing, dressing, eating and hydration.
• Take vital signs and report observations to the nursing supervisor promptly.
• Document care provided and maintain resident privacy and dignity.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure timely interventions and quality care.
