Paradigm Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Texas. You will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a nurse, ensuring resident dignity, comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include transporting residents, assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, restocking rooms, and documenting care. A state-certified CNA with LT care experience is preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Texas.
• 2 years experience in Long-Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under nurse supervision.
• Transport and transfer residents; restock rooms; assist with dressing, eating and hydration.
