Job summary

ServiceNet is hiring a Direct Care Professional to support adults with brain injuries in residential programs across multiple Massachusetts counties. The role involves helping with daily activities, home care tasks, transportation, and maintaining detailed records.

Training and MAP certification can advance pay. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour based on experience, with extensive employee benefits and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 6 months and a good driving record.
• Be able to perform all tasks and ensure the safety of residents.
• Background check is required to be employed.
• Basic computer skills to document daily notes and records.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily activities such as eating, dressing, and using special equipment.
• Provide home support: cook meals, clean, do laundry, shop for groceries, keep the home comfortable.
• Transport residents to appointments, events, and activities.
• Maintain daily notes and track important information.
• Support residents in achieving personal goals and independence.
• Administer medications after training and in accordance with policies.
• Complete required training and certifications to stay compliant.
• Work closely with the team and follow supervisor directions.
