ServiceNet is hiring Direct Care Professionals to support adults with brain injuries in residential programs across multiple counties in Massachusetts. This role offers several shifts, including overnights, with pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour based on MAP certification and experience.

Qualifications

• No Educational Requirements: We will train you.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 6 months and a good driving record.
• Must be physically able to perform all tasks and ensure resident safety.
• Basic computer skills required to document daily notes and records.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily activities such as eating, dressing, and using equipment.
• Home support: cook, clean, do laundry, shop for groceries.
• Transport residents to appointments, events, and activities.
• Keep records: write daily notes and track information.
• Support residents in achieving personal goals.
• Administer medication after training.
• Complete required training and certifications.
• Work closely with your team and follow manager instructions.
