Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a Direct Care Professional to support adults with brain injuries in residential programs across multiple counties in Massachusetts. The role involves assisting with daily activities, homemaking tasks, and transportation, while maintaining records and supporting residents’ personal goals.

• No Educational Requirements: We will train you!
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 6 months and a good driving record.
• Be able to perform all the tasks needed and ensure the safety of residents.
• Know how to use a computer.
• Background Check Required

Responsibilities

• Help with Daily Activities: Assist with eating, dressing, and using special equipment.
• Home Support: Cook meals, clean, do laundry, shop for groceries.
• Transportation: Drive residents to appointments, events, and other activities.
• Keep Records: Write daily notes and track important information.
• Support Goals: Help residents achieve their personal goals.
• Administer Medication: Give out medications once trained.
• Stay Updated: Complete required training and certifications.
• Teamwork: Work closely with your team and follow instructions from your manager.
