ServiceNet is seeking compassionate Direct Care Professionals to support adults with brain injuries in residential programs across Hampshire, Franklin, and Berkshire counties in Massachusetts. You will assist with daily activities, cook, drive residents to appointments, and document care.

Qualifications

• No educational requirements; we will train you
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 6 months and a good driving record
• Be able to perform all tasks needed and ensure resident safety
• Know how to use a computer

Responsabilités

• Help with daily activities: eating, dressing, using equipment
• Home support: cook meals, clean, laundry, groceries
• Transportation: drive residents to appointments and activities
• Keep records: write daily notes and track information
• Support goals: help residents achieve personal goals
• Administer medication: after training
• Stay updated: complete required training and certifications
• Teamwork: work with your team and supervisor
