Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with brain injuries in residential programs across multiple counties in Massachusetts. The role involves assisting with daily activities, meals, transportation, and maintaining records, with on-the-job training provided.

Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour depending on MAP certification, with a strong benefits package including health and dental insurance, PTO, tuition assistance, and more.

Qualifications

• No Educational Requirements: We will train you!
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid license for at least 6 months and a good driving record.
• Physical Ability: Be able to perform all the tasks needed and ensure the safety of residents.
• Basic Computer Skills: Know how to use a computer.
• Background Check Required

Responsibilities

• Help with Daily Activities: Assist with everyday tasks such as eating, dressing, and using special equipment.
• Home Support: Cook meals, clean, do laundry, shop for groceries, and help keep the home cozy.
• Transportation: Drive residents to appointments, events, and other activities.
• Keep Records: Write daily notes and track important information.
• Support Goals: Help residents achieve their personal goals.
• Administer Medication: Give out medications once trained.Stay Updated: Complete required training and certifications.
• Teamwork: Work closely with your team and follow instructions from your manager.
