ServiceNet is seeking a Direct Care Professional to support adults with brain injuries across residential programs. The role emphasizes helping residents with daily activities, meals, housekeeping, and transportation to appointments, while maintaining records and pursuing personal goals.

Qualifications

• No educational requirements: we will train you.
• Driver’s license with valid status at least 6 months and clean driving record.
• Must be physically able to perform tasks and ensure resident safety.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Help with Daily Activities: assist with eating, dressing, and using equipment.
• Home Support: cook meals, clean, do laundry, shop for groceries.
• Transportation: drive residents to appointments and events.
• Keep Records: write daily notes and track information.
• Support Goals: help residents achieve personal goals.
• Administer Medication: give out medications once trained.
• Stay Updated: complete required training and certifications.
• Teamwork: work with your team and follow manager instructions.
