Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with brain injuries in residential programs across Massachusetts. You will assist with daily activities, prepare meals, provide transportation, document notes, and help residents reach personal goals.

Training is provided; MAP certification can enhance earnings. Multiple shifts including overnights are available, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Help with Daily Activities: Assist with everyday tasks such as eating, dressing, and using special equipment.
• Home Support: Cook meals, clean, do laundry, shop for groceries, and help keep the home cozy.
• Transportation: Drive residents to appointments, events, and other activities.
• Keep Records: Write daily notes and track important information.
• Support Goals: Help residents achieve their personal goals.
• Administer Medication: Give out medications once trained.
• Stay Updated: Complete required training and certifications.
• Teamwork: Work closely with your team and follow instructions from your manager.
