Job summary

• Clear English speaking and writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and home-like environment for Residents.
• Receives and gives report from the previous shift.
• Reviews assignments with Designated Supervisor.
• Reads Resident records and staff communications as required.
• Assists with orientation of new staff to job responsibilities.
• Assists with ADLs, mobility, and transfers; supports self-care and independence.
• Sets up and serves meals and cleans up afterward.
• Notifies nurse or designated agents of status changes as appropriate.
• Follows infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
