Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated resident aide to assist with daily living activities and provide compassionate care. You will help with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and light housekeeping while maintaining a safe, home-like environment for residents.

The role requires clear English communication, reliability, and the ability to work with a team. Training and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred; CPR certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Clear English speaking and writing abilities.
• Ability to provide resident care and support with daily activities.
• Professional and cooperative interaction with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support resident services including personal care, housekeeping, laundry, meals, and activities.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, toileting, transfers, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in resident status and safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and adhere to infection control procedures.
• Communicate with nursing staff and supervisors as needed.
