Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate staff member to provide resident services, including personal care, housekeeping, laundry, and meal assistance in a home-like setting. You will assist with ADLs, support social activities, and ensure safety and cleanliness for Residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have 18–24 months of related experience, CPR/First Aid certification preferred, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Clear English speaking and writing ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Support dignity, privacy, independence, and home-like environment for Residents.
• Assist with ADLs and mobility, help with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and social activities.
• Report changes in Resident status to nursing staff and supervisor.
• Prepare and serve meals, assist with infection control; maintain safe environment.
• Record Resident information as required and follow safety procedures.
