Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a Medication Aide to provide direct resident care in our assisted living community in Oregon. You will assist with medications, monitor residents’ conditions, and document changes per care plans and regulations.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, accurate charting, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for residents while collaborating with the Health Services Director.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in assisted living or resident care encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered and document administration.
• Obtain, store, and rotate medications per policy and training.
• Monitor residents for changes and report to Health Services Director.
• Assist with daily living activities and provide compassionate care.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of medication storage areas.
