Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team in South Carolina is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to assist residents with personal care, daily living activities, and fidelity to each resident's service plan. You will support daily housekeeping, laundry, and transportation to life enrichment programs in a respectful, person‑centered way.

The role emphasizes clear communication with residents, families, and health teams, maintaining infection control, safeguarding privacy, and responding promptly to calls

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred as indicated.
• CNA/HHA certification is preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid training preferred where applicable.
• Ability to read and follow care plans and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and laundry as assigned.
• Respond to calls and participate in shift handoffs and reports.
• Assist residents to life enrichment programs and activities.
• Maintain infection control practices and resident confidentiality.
• Communicate changes in resident needs to supervisors and colleagues.
