Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a caring Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment. You will assist with personal care, housekeeping, laundry, and transport to programs; promote independence and communicate with the Health & Wellness Director.

Infection control and confidential resident information must be upheld. Weekend/evening shifts available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and ADLs as per service plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks per procedures.
• Review and participate in shift reports and handoffs.
• Support residents to life enrichment programs and activities.
• Communicate needs to the Director of Health & Wellness as they change.
